Security Deposit $100.00.  Refunded within 30 days of check-out.
Security Deposit and one half of rent amount will be due at time of
reservation.  Lease holder must be over 25 years of age and stay at
cottage for the term of the lease.  Family Vacations Only.

OFF SEASON RATES AND CONDITIONS:

Partial weeks available one week
after Labor Day until one week  before Memorial Day.
Nightly rates during off season   $275.00 per night.  

Tax not included in nightly rate.
3 night minimum stay during off season.
7 night minimum stay  during summer months and
week of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
