I agree to pay any damages caused by the pet(s) above and beyond deposit if necessary. I agree to clean up behind pet including pet waste and dog hair on indoor floors and carpets, etc.   I acknowledge that my dog(s) will be on flea and tick preventative such as “Frontline or Advantage” during the stay at “Our Beach Xscape” I agree to pay a non-refundable $20.00 per night or $100.00 per week per dog for this right to have above mentioned pet on premises during the term of the lease.
